Prayer Needs

Pray for Funds $$$$$:
Need substantial funding (think outside of the box)
Pray for sponsors:
Finish a boy's/girl's room completely to demonstrate for
sponsorship for each room. Pray for support to come within
a short period of time!
Pray for Favor:
Build a house with volunteers labor then sell $$$. Total
proceeds would go toward orphanage.
Pray for WATER:
We need a water tower & to complete the water system.
Pray for Food:
We need funds to build a cafeteria. WE need to be able to
feed these children!
Pray for our Work-Groups:
For safety, dehydration, traveling, fundraisers to come,
their lives changed... that the numbers would increase.
Pray for our Staff:
We are weary but not defeated we press forward...
financially support stays strong.
Pray for Vision:
Lord, I believe it is time to run with the BULLS!

Hello to Everyone, Well it’s that time of year
again to get together our groups for the trip to Tapestries of
Life. Connie’s group will be going down Jan. 10-17th and
Sharon’s will be Jan. 17-24th. We need you to call us
immediately to let us know if you will be going due to the
fact that the price will fluctuate according to the group
size. Connie’s Phone # 651- 257-5876 and Sharon’s Phone #
651-464-5699. We are anticipating the price of the trip
between $500.00 to $600.00 per adult and children 12 and under
$325.00 plus the cost of airfare. It looks to be the flight at
this point is around $325.00 - $340.00 per person. We need to
know if you are flying or driving. We will make plane
reservations for everyone ASAP when we have our final count
and will let you know what the cost and schedules are then.
MONEY FOR BOTH GROUPS IS DUE NOVEMBER 1ST. Please make
checks payable to “Tapestries of Life” and send your check to
Connie Campbell, Box 192, Center City, Mn. 55012, if your
going Jan. 10-17th and to Sharon Spanel, 7309 North Shore Tr.
N., Forest Lake, Mn. 55025 if going Jan. 17-24th. (The sewing
class and Women’s Day conference, something new this year will
be Sharon’s week.)
You must have a passport for 2009! If you do not have
one yet, ORDER IT NOW. It takes at least 6 weeks to get one.
We are excited about 2009 and what progress has been
made at the Orphanage! It will be great to see everyone again
and to renew old friendships and make new ones, as we work
together to help bring the kids home!
If you have any questions don’t hesitate to give us a
call. We are waiting to here from you and praying that you
will be able to join us this year.

supplies are needed for sewing classes in
Mexico. Please be on the lookout
for:
* Sewing notions,
fabric, pillow forms, patterns
* Sewing machines in good condition, cabinet model or portable
* Blankets, bedspreads, and/or batting
See if you can get the owners to donate
items... great opportunity to tell them about Tapestries of
Life and give them a chance to be a blessing to others.
